Senior engineering leaders from McKinsey and Nearform offer a practitioner's view on how AI is being used across the software delivery lifecycle: from discovery through to deployment. Based on real world experience, this session explores what AI adoption really means for team roles, delivery models, and business outcomes for enterprises. Just as digitalisation replaced manual processes, AI is now reshaping how we build and deliver software, and exposing the limits of traditional development. It’s a magnifier, amplifying both strengths and weaknesses. Building enterprise-grade digital products with AI takes more than enthusiasm for new AI tools. It takes experience, discipline, and clarity to get to the value without falling into the traps. The performance gap between teams embracing AI and those holding back is already growing. That gap will only get wider. Webinar date: September 9, 2025 (download recording below)
