Named after the legendary Irish playwright Oscar Wilde, this AI tool serves as a rapid-response knowledge assistant — internally built, but leveraging tooling from OpenAI and TechBase. Wilde is designed to help teams quickly surface critical internal documents such as historical RFPs, case studies or value propositions.

- Rapid knowledge retrieval: With thousands of indexed pages (including historic RFP responses, case studies and propositions that define Nearform), Wilde cuts down the time required to locate historical content. Whether it's onboarding a new team member or responding to a bid, Wilde ensures the information is at your fingertips.

Leveraging the power of AI and named in homage to Irish writer Samuel Beckett, this innovative sales intelligence tool allows teams to uncover insights buried within Slack communication threads.
Beckett automatically drives updates to CRMs from communication channels, and indexes account history into a smart knowledge assistant with a conversational interface.
It enables our global sales teams to instantly question and search the history of a client account across all historical records. It creates enriched and consistent notetaking across the business globally — integrating solutions like Amazon Bedrock, PostgreSQL and pgvector.
What Beckett does:
- Quick information retrieval with Slack integration: Beckett is tailored to analyse and index historic Slack messages, enabling Q&A-style interactions with channel history. This means you can quickly retrieve information about past discussions, decisions or opportunities.
- CRM optimisation with HubSpot sync: The tool dynamically updates HubSpot with business development summaries, offering seamless integration between sales communication and pipeline management.
- Proactive, curated intelligence gathering: Beckett tracks target accounts by posting curated updates, such as relevant news articles or job postings, directly within Slack.

The main use case here is AI-powered search and summarisation, to ingest and index multiple document types like PDFs, Word files and PowerPoints. It also integrates privacy-first features such as data encryption and anonymisation, ensuring document processing is secure.
Data Lake Accelerator: Enabling faster insights
Another work-in-progress is our Data Lake Accelerator, powering scalable insights on AWS. One benefit from it is “built-in governance,” enabling robust data governance and modular data products customised for various needs.
By following lean principles, the accelerator reduces inefficiencies and enables faster insights through tools such as AWS S3, Glue, Lambda and Athena. And it provisions a scalable architecture for efficiently processing, storing and retrieving data.
